What does Gen Z Mean?

“Gen Z” is used for “Generation Z or Zoomers”.

When people say “Gen Z” they are referring to the generation of people born between the mid-1990s and the early 2010s. It follows “Generation Y” which is also known as “Millennials”. Oftentimes, “Gen Z” is also known as “Zoomers”. Members of Gen Z or Zommers are said to be digital natives because they grew up with technology and the internet as integral parts of their lives.

Gen Z individuals are often described as socially conscious, diverse, entrepreneurial, and technologically savvy. Gen Z individuals are shaping trends and behaviors in areas such as social media, fashion, communication, and consumption patterns.
