“Gen Z” is used for “Generation Z or Zoomers”.
When people say “Gen Z” they are referring to the generation of people born between the mid-1990s and the early 2010s. It follows “Generation Y” which is also known as “Millennials”. Oftentimes, “Gen Z” is also known as “Zoomers”. Members of Gen Z or Zommers are said to be digital natives because they grew up with technology and the internet as integral parts of their lives.
